Shipping policy

Postal Service

All orders are delivered by Canada Post. All orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Your order may be delivered in more than one package. No extra charge will be made in this case.

 

Delivery Territories

We offer delivery service to all Canadian Provinces and Territories. For the moment, we do not deliver outside Canada.

 

Delivery time

You will normally receive your order:

• 3 to 9 business days for Standard Shipping, depending on where you live in Canada (subject to Canada Post).
• 1 to 3 business days for Express Shipping, depending on where you live in Canada (subject to Canada Post).

 

Receiving an order

To ensure safe receipt of all orders, we require a signature for each package sent. However, if no one is present to receive and sign for your order, the mail carrier will leave a "Delivery Notice" card indicating when and where to pick up your package. The same procedure applies if you receive your package in a community mailbox.

 

Delivery charges

There are no delivery charges for orders of $75 or more before taxes, excluding orders shipped to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and some remote areas (delivery charges apply for these areas). The Standard fixed shipping charge for orders under $75 before taxes is $10.95. The Express fixed delivery charge for an order under $75 before taxes is $14.95.

 

Currently, we do not ship outside of Canada. When exchanging or returning your order, shipping charges are non-refundable, if applicable. Return shipping costs are at your charge. Please see our return policy.

 

Out of stock

If one of the ordered items is out of stock, your order can be delivered in several packages if you have purchased more than one item. No additional costs will be charged in this case.

 

If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail and given the option of waiting for an additional delay or cancelling your order.
