Refund policy

We stand by our products and want you to be 100% in love with your results! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and you fall in one of the following categories:

1. In the case of a manufacture defect;
2. If a product has not been opened;
3. If a product is not a good fit for your skin needs and has been only gently used.

 We offer two options:

1. You can exchange your products for a product of equivalent value, free of charge.
2. You can return your product, including any promotional gift or free item that you have received for a full refund. 

In both cases, you have 30 days to return the product. No returned product will be accepted before you receive a Return approval number.

To exchange a formula:

  • Online exchange – your name – your order number
• Our team will advise you through the adjustment process, approve the exchange, and provide instruction so you can send your original products back to us.

To return your order for a full refund:

• Please contact us here with the following subject line:
  • Online return – your name – your order number
• Our team will provide approval and instructions for the return, and we’ll be back in touch when your product has been received and refund has been issued.
  

*Please note:

• No returned product will be accepted before you receive a Return approval number.
• Shipping costs for a return are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit. We cannot guarantee that the item will be returned without loss or damage in transit.
• Returned items can only be refunded under the same payment method and card as the purchase.

 

Returns in boutique

No returns will be accepted in boutique for items bought online.

Adverse skin reaction

If you experience an adverse skin reaction, discontinue use of the product immediately and contact us at support@victoriaparklab.ca. Our support team will ask you for more details about the reaction and will be there to offer you the best solution.
