We offer delivery service to all Canadian Provinces and Territories. For the moment, we do not deliver outside Canada.

You will normally receive your order:
- 3 to 9 business days for Standard Shipping, depending on where you live in Canada (subject to Canada Post).
- 1 to 3 business days for Express Shipping, depending on where you live in Canada (subject to Canada Post).

There are no delivery charges for orders of $75 or more before taxes, excluding orders shipped to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and some remote areas (delivery charges apply for these areas). The Standard fixed shipping charge for orders under $75 before taxes is $10.95. The Express fixed delivery charge for an order under $75 before taxes is $14.95.

To ensure safe receipt of all orders, we require a signature for each package sent. However, if no one is present to receive and sign for your order, the mail carrier will leave a "Delivery Notice" card indicating when and where to pick up your package. The same procedure applies if you receive your package in a community mailbox.

We want you to be completely confident in your skincare journey. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days, under the following conditions:
- The product is unopened
- The product has a manufacturer defect
- The product has been gently used but is not suitable for your skin
You have two options:
- Exchange your item for another of equal value, free of charge
- Return the item—including any promotional gifts—for a full refund
Please note: All returns must be authorized in advance. You’ll receive a Return Approval Number before sending the product back.

No, returns for items purchased online cannot be processed in boutique locations. All online order returns must be handled through our customer support team.
